Panther Cycler

Cycle servers in your Cerner Millennium® system.

You can’t always be at your Panther desktop when a Cerner Millennium® server needs cycling – a task that’s often critical for resolving system issues and preventing compromises in patient care. The Cycler app from Softek Panther enables you to cycle your servers anytime, anywhere.

Cycler accesses a secure web service available to Panther clients. Once you log in, you’ll see a list of all the cycle groups for which you have management privileges. From this list you can easily choose any group to cycle. With a single touch, you can also view the details and cycle history of each server or group.

Before running the Cycler app, you will need to contact Panther Support to enable the web service and establish the necessary network connection. To schedule an upgrade or enable the web services contact Panther Client Services. Then you’ll be ready for 24/7 accessibility to cycling your servers and checking their cycling status, a critical step to ensuring reliable performance – and quality patient care – from your Cerner Millennium system.
